On January 4, 2016, the Obama administration issued a final rule to ATF 41P. The final rule, 41F, dropped the CLEO certification/sign-off requirement, but added a few additional requirements for customers transferring with a trust or corporation. These new requirements go into effect on July 13, 2016.
