While the 105 series ship with a 105LT Thread Mount in 1/2x28, users may lose or misplace the mount making a purchase of an additional one necessary. The M13.5x1LH mount will see the most use in attaching the 105 CCX 9 to European firearms. Sig Sauer, Glock, HK, and others use a metric standard, making this part necessary to attach to many commonly carried pistols.
