The Smith and Wesson M&P 22 Compact, or 22C, is a scaled down verson of the full-size M&P pistol chambered in .22LR. The barrel is internally threaded 3/8x24, but includes an adapter to convert it to 1/2x28 for suppressor use.
The M&P 22C includes two 10 round magazines, ambidextrous manual safety, reversible magazine release, and accessory rail.
No additional adapter is necessary to mount a rimfire silencer.
