The Thunder Beast 6.5 Ultra 7CB suppressor is the best option for customers shooting 6.5 Creedmoor, .260 Remington, or 5.56 / .223, where a compact form factor is essential, but excellent suppression is still required. The 6.5mm ULTRA performs 2-3 dB quieter than the .30 caliber Ultra on the same rifle and as quiet or quieter than a .30cal Ultra 9. The 6.5 ULTRA is identical to it's .30 caliber siblings in appearance, weight, and length. The only difference is the bore size, and the 6.5 ULTRA will provide additional sound suppression levels.
Weighing less than most compact suppressors, the Ultra 7 Gen2 weighs 8 ounces (1.7 ounces lighter than the Gen 1). Compared to the 6.5 Ultra 7 Gen 1, the new Gen2 version is 2dB quieter at the muzzle and shooter's ear.
